Hi, I’m Courtney.

For more than twenty years, I've worked across film, television, advertising, and digital media as a creative producer, storyteller, copywriter, and award-winning screenwriter. I've always been drawn to the earliest stages of the creative process—the conversations where ideas are still taking shape and anything feels possible.

My career began on film sets, where I worked on hundreds of productions ranging from studio feature films and commercials to documentaries and music videos. Along the way, I contributed to projects including Boyhood, The Guardian, The Rookie, Varsity Blues, and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003), experiences that gave me a deep appreciation for both the creative and logistical sides of bringing ambitious stories to life.

Today my work spans entertainment, technology, and branded storytelling. I've written for Netflix, produced campaigns for global brands, led creative development, and collaborated with teams to transform early concepts into compelling stories and experiences.

Outside of work, I'm passionate about developing original film and literary projects through my creative company, The Dark Rainbow. I love stories that blend emotion, suspense, imagination, and unforgettable characters—especially horror that lingers long after the credits roll.

Whether I'm producing, writing, editing, or developing a new idea, I'm happiest collaborating with enthusiastic, creative people who aren't afraid to ask, "What if we tried something completely different?"
